Iceland, blackened metal, what a combination. I bought this album without hearing a note from it and.. when talking about blackened metal this album is pure gold. I don’t know anything else about this band that there’s a member of Svartidauði involved. Impressing debut album, intense, atmospheric, different & dark, very dark. There must be something wrong with this little island in the northern part of Atlantic ocean. This red colored version is limited to 125 copies and still available from Season Of Mist (US), there’s also white (limited to 150) and clear (limited to 250) copies available. For european customers there seems to be white colored versions still available for example from Napalm Records. Blackened beauty.
