If that Youki Noseyama’s drone filled record wasn’t enough, then we have this record by Oksennus (in english “Vomit”) and their second album, first one on vinyl format, called Sokea Idiootti (“Blind Idiot”). This album is filled with avant-gardish, disturbing Death metal or something like that. It’s nightmarish, strange but same time fascinating. I really love those early 90s Death metal bands, not that much of these technical bands nowadays and that’s why I find Oksennus very refreshing act. Imagine yourself embracing that cold toilet seat, tears in your eyes, after few days of drinking this record spinning on the background. Perfect soundtrack for most unwanted moments.
