Hmm.. Strange album from Master Musicians of Bukkake (well, what else can you expect from this group). And hey, if you purchased their previous album, Far West, you can place this vinyl to that extra pocket of its gatefold cover. You can also listen these two albums simultaneously to experience something more experimental.. but this LP works fine for me on its own (only have one whole turntable). Once again very strong performance from this group and this only forces […]
Damn, this is good, even though this is art/indie rock. I really hope to hear from this band in near future. I don’t know how Denovali is doing what they are doing, releasing great records one after other. This is limited to 220 copies on swamp green and 300 copies on black vinyl. Both versions are available from Denovali. Recommended!
Nice little indie rock album from Kom, released by Denovali. This is one of those albums I should listen more often but when you are music freak/hoarder like myself sometimes it’s so hard to find time to focus on some albums :( Well, this will be spinning more often now on. Limited to 100 clear vinyl in handmade book cover, 100 copies on electric blue and 300 on clear vinyl. Book cover version is long gone but Denovali still have […]
Bought this couple of years ago from Discogs. This record takes me back to year 1996, oh boys (and girls). Time when I used to listen Red House Painters, Morphine, Afghan Whigs and of course Tindersticks. There is plenty of copies of this record floating around, if you are after one. Oh, and this is repressed few years ago (2011).
Today I found this from local second-hand record store and I have to say that I’m quite happy. This is one of those bands I used to like when I was young, never had this record thou. Now I have :) Ootko sä poika vai tyttö, roughly translated “Are you a boy or a girl”. Excellent once again. I did not found soundclips of this 7″ but here’s something else from this band so you can get a picture what […]
Finnish independent record company Bad Vugum released several masterpieces of music in early 90’s. Liimanarina was so unike those days that there was no question but to get all their 7 inches. There will always be place in my heart for Bad Vugum releases.
