Some instrumental space/stoner/psych from Netherlands on purple colored double album. Retrocausality is their second album and I decided to check out this group at last. Woah! After listening to the first track on this album I was forced to purchase the whole damn thing on vinyl format. Been listening to this album quite much lately and every time it has been a very pleasant experience. Have to check out their debut album also as soon as possible. Ruff Majik : Tårn LP (yellow/red spatter)

Over a month ago I got the latest album from Ruff Majik, The Devil’s Cattle, and decided to get the band’s previous recordings as well. I followed Thomas Bleuze’s advice and started with Ruff Majik’s previous album, Tårn. This record has been on my shopping list for some time and now it’s here. It’s annoyingly hard to place this band in any particular genre, it’s a strange mix of groovy garage-doom-stoner-blues and whatever.. a great band and I’m just looking forward to which direction they’re going to steer us in the future. The album is still available via Lay Bare Recorings. Recommended, highly!

Frayle: 1692 LP (black/gold)

Let’s not forget this beautiful & crushing album by Frayle. I first came across with this band last year and those haunting vocals brought me back to this band and their latest full-length. Have to admit that I like the darkness wrapped around this release. I suggest you to check this out if you haven’t already. First pressing seems to be sold out by now but for your information, there’s 2nd pressing available via Lay Bare Recordings (EU) & Aqualamb Records (US).

Rosy Finch: Scarlet LP (red/black)

Rosy Finch from Spain delivering some beautiful grunge/stoner/sludge influenced alternative rock or something (I’m just a simple man and it’s hard for me to categorize music styles anymore..). I bought this one alongside that Dö album from Lay Bare Recordings. Great release and this record have been under the needle more than once lately (digital version via headphones on my way to work).   from the band or Lay Bare Recordings. Highly Recommended!!

Dö: Astral Death Cult LP (aqua blue)

Well, it took a little longer to purchase this one than I thought. That mistake has been taken care of now. I bought this blue version (even though in the picture it looks like regular black version)  from Lay Bare Recordings. Döömed psychedelic/space/stoner is the thing here with this release. I have never had that much of fate for Finnish stoner/doom (or metal) genres overall but obviously, something is happening… At least between my ears. Great record this surely is. I’m turning into döömster..
